Carole
Ludwig Hall
Carole Ludwig Hall is a mostly self-taught weaver
and started weaving on a frame loom more than 30 years ago. She
was inspired by the weavers and other craftspeople in the Research
Triangle area of North Carolina, where her husband was on the
faculty at Duke and she was a research associate. As a Ph.D.
biochemist with an active research career, her weaving was an
occasional indulgence for many years. Now, mostly retired from
science, she finds a little more time to weave.
Carole's recent classes for CHG
include "Beginning
Weaving on a Frame Loom".
